ESQL for ODBC for GnuCobol/OpenCOBOL

This place contains ESQL Preprocessor and Runtime for ODBC for GnuCobol/OpenCOBOL.
So far it works pretty stable for me on Windows with MSSQL. It is also tested on Mainframe z/OS with DB2, and seems working on Linux Red Hat 6-8 and Fedora 17 with MSSQL (msodbcsql-11.0.2270.0 and later).
Other configurations were not tested well.
